Tribal arms (2 hrs) - Sunday September 5th - 10:00 - 12:00 - € 30,-
Any tribal dancer can tell you that proper posture and strong arm movements are some of the most difficult things to achieve and do well. They also make the difference between a good dancer and a GREAT dancer. This workshop focuses on techniques to achieve healthy body alignment and awareness through discussion, drills, and exercises. Although the spine, shoulders, ribcage, and arms are the primary areas of breakdown and discussion, the pelvis, head, and feet will also be addressed in relation to the rest of the body. This workshop is not easy, as it is difficult to use certain parts of the body for extended periods of time, but the goal is to help you attain the tools and understanding for endurance and strength which, over time, will add wonders to your dance practice.
Tribal Fusion Part I (3 hrs) - Sunday September 5th - 15:00 - 18:00 - € 45,-
